Welcome to LuxeDD. By accessing or using our services, website, or mobile platforms, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these carefully before using LuxeDD.
1. Services Provided LuxeDD provides designated driver services that ensure both the customer and their vehicle are transported safely to their desired destination. All services require an active booking or membership.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 21 years of age to book or use LuxeDD services. You must hold valid ownership, authorization, or permission to request LuxeDD to operate your vehicle. Providing false information or using LuxeDD services for unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
3. Memberships & Fees LuxeDD offers monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize LuxeDD to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation Policy. Any add-on charges (extra mileage, wait fees, no-show fees) will be billed at the time of service.
4. Booking & Cancellation All bookings must be made through the LuxeDD website, platform, or approved channels. Cancellation and no-show terms are outlined in our Booking & Cancellation Policy. By using LuxeDD, you agree to abide by these terms.
5. User Responsibilities Customers must ensure their vehicle is safe, legal, and roadworthy before LuxeDD assumes operation. Customers are responsible for disclosing any vehicle conditions that could affect safe driving. Aggressive, abusive, or unsafe behavior toward LuxeDD drivers will result in immediate termination of service and possible membership cancellation.
6. Driver Responsibilities LuxeDD drivers are background-checked and trained to provide safe, professional service. Drivers will not operate vehicles deemed unsafe, illegal, or otherwise unfit for travel. Drivers reserve the right to decline service if conditions present a safety risk.
7. Liability & Disclaimers LuxeDD is not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles. LuxeDD is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxeDD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Termination LuxeDD reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership or service if a customer violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe conduct.
9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LuxeDD after updates constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
